Job summary

Tharp is seeking an immediate opening for a Cabinet Finisher. You will be exposed to multiple areas within the finishing department and develop a diverse skill set to ensure quality on-time delivery to internal and external customers.

Wage range: $17 - $30/hr. Training is provided; you will work in a team environment with emphasis on safety and quality. Physical demands include standing and lifting up to 50 lbs, with emphasis on proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform specified finishing tasks as directed by supervisor to support training and output.
• Collaborate with Team and Technical Advisors to ensure safe and correct methods are used.
• Maintain a safe and quality-based approach to all processed products.
• Develop skills and proficiency at assigned tasks within the finishing department.
• Keep work areas clean and compliant with plant safety and housekeeping standards.
• Process work in a timely, quality-focused manner.
• Understand Tharp cut sheets and prints; adhere to quality requirements.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and teamwork in daily duties.
