Job summary

Colorworks in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a skilled Cabinet Finisher to spray and finish wood cabinets, casework, millwork, doors, and shutters. The role requires attention to coating quality and consistent results.

You will work full-time, 40 hours weekly, with standard hours Monday to Friday. Benefits include health insurance, vacation pay, holidays, a 401K plan, and opportunities for advancement. All projects are in the Pittsburgh area; background check and valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in cabinet finishing.
• Experience spraying/finishing wood cabinets, casework, millwork.
• Ability to troubleshoot coatings and spray equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Cabinet Finisher Position

Colorworks in Pittsburgh, PA

Job description includes spraying / finishing wood cabinets, casework, millwork, doors, shutters, and other miscellaneous trim.

• Spraying a wide range of coatings such as post catalyzed lacquer, pre catalyzed lacquer, waterborne lacquers, toners, stains, along with latex and oil-based paints
• Clean and maintain spray equipment
• Quality control of the finished product
• The ability to troubleshoot and problem solve issues with coatings
• Operation and maintenance of the spray booth

Experience in improving company processes for efficiency and quality control is beneficial.

Minimum five years’ experience required.

Job Type: Full-time.

Salary: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour. Based on industry experience

Expected hours: 40 per week.

Standard work hours are: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
