Carter Lumber Company is seeking a Cabinet Field Supervisor to oversee cabinet projects in the Eastern Virginia coastal region, ensuring timely production and open communication between the field and corporate offices.

The role requires travel to various job sites, strong cabinet construction and project management experience, and strict adherence to safety and process standards. Growth opportunities and company benefits are provided for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail & time management.
• Experience in cabinet construction/project management.
• Ability to travel to various job sites as needed; overnight travel may be required.
• Understanding and observation of safety procedures and practices.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting the direction for cabinet projects.
• Develop and oversee all aspects of cabinet projects in region to ensure goals are met.
• Contribute in the development of the annual budget and ensure budget is adhered to.
• Recommend and troubleshoots needed resolutions to avoid job site issues in field.
• Ensure stores and installers are aware of installed policies, procedures and safety guidelines to meet quality and service standards.
• Provide guidance to stores so that the company can properly execute projects.
