Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring an enthusiastic Carpentry/Installer for our Cincinnati area. You will install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes, following diagrams and using hand and power tools with guidance from the lead carpenter.

This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule, paid training, and a direct path to career growth. We value reliable, friendly professionals with a strong work ethic and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic is essential.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Customer oriented with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Experience installing closets, cabinets, or similar carpentry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes.
• Follow basic drawings or instructions to assist with setup.
• Use hand and power tools safely; training provided.
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with guidance from lead carpenter.
• Assist with mounting shelves and leveling parts; keep sites clean.
