Job summary

Closet Factory is seeking installers for our local facility. We provide a vehicle and primary tools, with a full-time schedule and occasional Saturday work to meet client needs. The role offers year-round indoor work, ongoing training, and industry-leading compensation via commissions for high performers.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic powertools required.
• Crown molding and trim experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the 32 millimeter system is a plus.
• Positive attitude and ability to work solo or with a partner.
• Excellent customer communication and satisfaction focus.
• Valid driver’s license and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Create and install complete projects from start to finish.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Work with a team to meet client schedules.
• Travel locally to client sites as needed.

Our company, Closet Factory, is the custom storage solution authority serving the worldwide need for custom space organization throughout the home. We design, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves and more. Our products are of the highest quality. We have experienced significant, long-term growth and as a result are searching for another member to add to our close-knit team of Installers at our local facility.

Create and install complete projects from beginning to end. You must have a good attitude and always be aware that you are working to satisfy each client. We will provide a vehicle, primary tools and a full-time schedule. We work on Saturdays to meet our clients schedules as required on occasion. You will be compensated for skill and accuracy and the ability to solve problems and complete the job.

We pay an industry leading commission rate which insures the most efficient and talented installers are financially rewarded. If you are talented you will make an exceptional open ended income!
