Qualifications

• Ability to read and execute detailed shop drawings with minimal supervision.
• Skilled in the use of common woodworking hand tools and shop equipment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods during work hours.
• High standards for craftsmanship, accuracy, and finished product quality.
• Identify assembly issues and make quick, effective adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Build custom cabinets and drawer boxes using melamine panels.
• Read and interpret blueprints and cut lists to assemble units.
• Ensure assembled boxes are square, structurally sound, and properly fitted.
• Accurately install cabinet backs and interior parts.
• Safely use hand tools and pneumatic tools to assemble components.
• Inspect finished products for proper fit and finish.
