Responsibilities

Assemble cabinet boxes, doors, drawers, and related components per production requirements.
Read and follow assembly instructions, work orders, and product specifications.
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Report product defects, damaged materials, or safety concerns to management.
Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment as needed.
Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
