Job summary

Avance Cabinetry Inc. in Fall River, MA is seeking a dedicated Cabinet Assembler to construct, assemble, and finish cabinets according to SOPs. This full-time role operates in a warehouse setting with daylight hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

You will handle a range of hand and power tools to deliver high-quality craftsmanship and meet production deadlines. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Additional certification or training in carpentry or cabinet making is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, and precision.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools effectively and safely
• Excellent communication skills.
• Should be able to lift up to 49lbs.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Safety shoes are required.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures including using appropriate tools and hardware components to assemble cabinets.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain and clean tools, machinery, and work areas regularly to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members, including supervisors, and other assemblers, to ensure production deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when operating tools and machinery.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and promote a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
