Job summary

Alliance Ground International in Fort Myers, Florida, is seeking a Cabin Services Agent to ensure the aircraft cabin is prepared for flights with meticulous cleanliness and readiness.

You will restock supplies, perform security checks, and support galley and lavatory sanitation while adapting to 24/7 operations.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to handle physical tasks, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must complete a drug screening and obtain airport security clearance, including a 10-year background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough security searches on assigned aircraft.
• Remove trash and debris from seats, seat pockets, ensure seat belts are properly arranged.
• Replenish in-flight magazines, safety cards, and personal sickness bags.
• Clean and sanitize aircraft galleys and lavatories, restocking supplies as needed.
• Empty lavatory tanks and refill as required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough security searches on assigned aircraft.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 and possession of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Successful completion of a drug screening and the ability to obtain airport security clearance, which includes a comprehensive 10-year employment, criminal record, and residence background check.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (14 kg) on a regular basis.
• Frequent standing, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling, often for extended periods.
• Comfort working in environments with jet and machinery noise.

Schedule:

Alliance Ground International operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. AGI requires its employees to be able to work flexible schedules which may be adjusted to meet operational demands such as flight delays or cancellations. Applicants must be able to work on weekends, (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays. Strict adherence to company attendance policies is expected and enforced.
