Job summary

dnata is seeking a Cabin Service Agent to maintain the interior cleanliness of aircraft. You will ensure supplies and equipment are ready, wear PPE, and perform thorough cleaning per dnata training.

The role requires flexibility for various shifts and the ability to work long hours on short notice, including adverse weather conditions. This is a full-time, on-site position at airport operations.

Qualifications

  • State driver’s license and FAA/Airport identifications/seals or authorizations required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be flexible to work variable shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Shifts determined by administrative staff.
  • Must be able to work extended hours on short notice.
  • Ability to work in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

  • Clean all assigned aircraft thoroughly.
  • Ensure cleaning supplies are ready for each arrival and handled per procedures.
  • Ensure cleaning equipment is operational and PPE worn.
  • Vacuum, sweep, dust, disinfect and clean all aircraft areas as trained.
  • Handle International Trash per regulatory procedures.
  • Represent the customer and protect the integrity of their products by delivering a clean and safe operation.
  • Ensure compliance with dnata, TSA and FAA regulations and policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job description

As a dnata Cabin Service Agent, you are responsible for the safe, secure, and timely interior cleaning of aircraft.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for cleaning all assigned customer aircraft thoroughly.
  • Ensure cleaning supplies are ready for each arrival into station and handled as per company and EPA procedures.
  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment is operational and proper PPE worn.
  • Vacuum, sweep, dust, disinfect, and clean all areas of the aircraft as outlined within dnata training.
  • Handle International Trash in accordance with regulatory procedures.
  • Ensure that we represent the customer and protect the integrity of their respective products by delivering a Clean and Safe operation consistently.
  • Ensure compliance with dnata, TSA and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
