This is a part‑time position and perfect for someone interested to earn some extra money on the side. Must be local.

We are currently looking for a part‑time maintenance technician with a background as an electrician, HVAC technician, or plumber.

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ON SUNDAY. Other days are possible based on your skill set and availability.

Hourly rate will be commensurate with experience. Electrical license would be preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience and a proven track record of fixing complex maintenance problems.
• Prior job reference mandatory.
• Background as an electrician, HVAC technician, or plumber.
