Job summary

Alliance Ground International in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Cabin Services Agent to ensure aircraft cabins are clean, stocked, and ready for departures with meticulous attention to safety and detail.

You will conduct security checks, restock magazines and safety cards, clean galleys and lavatories, and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma and the ability to obtain airport security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 and possession of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Successful completion of a drug screening and the ability to obtain airport security clearance, which includes a comprehensive 10-year employment, criminal record, and residence background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough security searches on assigned aircraft.
• Remove trash and debris from seats, seat pockets, and ensure seat belts are properly arranged.
• Replenish in-flight magazines, safety cards, and personal sickness bags.
• Clean and sanitize aircraft galleys and lavatories, restocking supplies as needed.
• Empty lavatory tanks and refill as required.

Physical Requirements

Schedule

Alliance Ground International operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. AGI requires its employees to be able to work flexible schedules which may be adjusted to meet operational demands such as flight delays or cancellations. Applicants must be able to work on weekends, (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays. Strict adherence to company attendance policies is expected and enforced.
