Swissport International AG is seeking a Cabin Cleaning Supervisor to efficiently and profitably manage the Cabin Service Department, delivering high-quality cleaning services for customers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Must follow instructions and work safely within limited time frames.
• Ability to work in inclement weather.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Participates in budget preparation.
• Resource planning including scheduling, equipment and supplies.
• Maintain a high-quality standard of aircraft cleaning operation.
• Maintain healthy business relationships with customers.
• Supervise and monitor staff performance and quality of service.
• Emphasize safety in all job aspects (equipment operation and housekeeping).
• Ensure all records are maintained.
• Ensure proper handling of international garbage as required by company, carrier and the Department of Agriculture.
• Comply with federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carrier security requirements.
• Perform all cleaning duties if required.
• Comply with Swissport SOPs and policies.
• Responsible for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities to reduce injuries and damages.
• Other duties as assigned.
