Job summary

Huntleigh USA Corporation in Houston, TX seeks an Interior Aircraft Cleaner – Overnight to properly clean aircraft interior spaces and conduct safety- and airline-mandated searches.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required to report to shift.

Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash from interior aircraft spaces.
• Maintain cleaning supplies stocked and organized after every use.
• Perform aircraft searches as trained per airline requirements and expectations.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards.
• Clean and sanitize aircraft interiors (mopping, vacuuming, etc.) in preparation for passenger boarding.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly

Position Objective: To properly clean aircraft interior spaces as well as preform an aircraft search for non-allowed items on board - per airline requirement.

Position: INTERIOR AIRCRAFT CLEANER - OVERNIGHT

General Qualifications

• 18 and over

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Aircraft cleaning experience (preferred, but not required)
• Eligible to pass an FBI background check (for airport badge clearance purposes)

Interior Aircraft Cleaner- Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash from interior aircraft spaces
• Maintain cleaning supplies stocked and organized after every use
• Perform aircraft searches as trained per airline requirements and expectations
• Follow safety protocols in order to recognize and report any potential hazards
• Preform cleaning and sanitizing tasks of aircraft interior (including but not limited to mopping, vacuuming, etc.) in preparation for passenger boarding

Requirements

• Must be physically capable to execute the duties of this labor position
• Must be able to lift, carry or push 75 pounds or more
• Must be able to squat, stoop, stand or bend frequently throughout the course of a shift
