Job summary

Envoy Air is hiring in Columbus, OH for a janitorial/housekeeping role aboard our regional fleet. You will prepare aircraft interiors for departure, ensuring seats, pockets, floors, trays, overhead bins, galley, and windows are thoroughly cleaned and ready for passengers.

You will stock essential supplies, support safety checks, and follow a detailed checklist. Overnight shifts are required; you must read, write, speak, and understand English, be at least 18, and be authorized to work in the

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the interior of the aircraft for departure, ensuring seats, pockets, floor, tray tables, overhead bins, galley, and windows are thoroughly cleaned.
• Guarantee supplies are stocked (toilet paper, sanitary products, cups, napkins, condiments, magazines).
• Be a champion for safety and security by assisting with security searches and reporting issues.
• Follow a detailed checklist to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Communicate with Supervisors to report lost items and identify damaged items.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the interior of the aircraft for departure by ensuring that all areas including the seats, seatback pockets, floor, tray tables, overhead bins, cockpit, galley, and windows are thoroughly clean
• Guarantee the appropriate supplies such as: toilet paper, sanitary products, cups, napkins, condiments, and magazines are accurately stocked
• Be a champion for safety and security by assisting with required security searches of the aircraft
• Ensure that all work tasks are completed and cleaning is highly detailed by using a specified check list
• Drive communication with Supervisors to ensure timely reporting of any lost items found on an aircraft and identifying any damaged items in the work area

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work a schedule during overnight hours, including overnight hours on holidays and weekends
• Must enjoy working in a detail-oriented environment with deadlines
• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred
