Job summary

Pegasus Aviation Services, an Akima company, is seeking a Cabin Appearance Agent to join our Anchorage, AK operations. You will work in teams to perform cabin cleaning and support airline service levels, with duties that ensure on-time performance goals.

This on-site role requires being 18+, U.S. citizen or work authorization, and passing background checks. You must read and speak English, follow safety rules, and be able to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or show proof of right to work in the U.S.
• Successfully complete a background investigation, including FBI fingerprints, criminal history and pre-employment drug test.
• Any clearance requirements for this position are established by the government contract.
• Able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Good communication skills.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Speak effectively one-on-one and before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Pegasus is looking for a Cabin Appearance Agent (CAA) to work in Anchorage, AK. Cabin Appearance Agents at Pegasus Aviation Services are responsible for cabin cleaning operations. CAA work in teams to achieve the highest level of service and quality to our customer airlines, including monitoring the on-time performance goals set forth by each airline operation.
