Young Life is seeking individuals to engage in its ministry functions across spiritual development, leadership training and resource development. You will work as part of a team to lead clubs and Campaigners, develop campers and coordinate donor relations.
You will participate in regional and area training, while pursuing a college degree and maintaining strong relational and communication skills to support Young Life’s mission in Santa Barbara, CA.

Spiritual Development — “Following Jesus” includes prayer and spiritual disciplines, fellowship, growth and health and church relationships.
Leadership Development — “Equipping leaders, committee and staff” includes key volunteer care, recruiting, team building and training, supervision and vision casting.
Resource Development — “Fueling the ministry” includes events, major donor care, public relations (branding) and TDS team.
Direct Ministry — “Proclaiming and modeling” includes contact work, club, Campaigners and camp. Actively engage in all three levels of contact work.
Ministry Support — “Taking care of business” includes accounting, administration, communication (internal), data management and strategic plan.
Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
