CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team and help deliver accessible, high-quality patient care. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, supervise Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, and ensure operations run smoothly while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

You will lead patient care programs, promote health outcomes, and contribute to a team culture built on compassion, accuracy and accountability across our CVS Health community.

A key component of the Staff Pharmacist role is keeping your customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs.

• Motivate, inspire and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues’ strengths, address development opportunities and decrease knowledge gaps

• Successfully implement those solutions by leading your team to achieve specified goals
• Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting

Required Qualifications Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances

Preferred Qualifications Education Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $65.00 - $81.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
