Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in California to lead patient-focused care in a busy community pharmacy. This full‑time role includes supervising Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance and efficient operations.

You will contribute to patient care programs, drive quality, and collaborate across teams while delivering compassionate service aligned with CVS Health values.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and high-quality pharmaceutical care.

• Required Qualifications
  Minimum Required Qualifications:
• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$65.00 - $81.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
