Job summary

Rula Health is seeking a PMHNP with an active California license to join our nationwide network as an independent contractor (1099). You will perform psychiatric assessments, diagnose and manage treatment plans, and handle crisis situations, while Rula handles credentialing, marketing, billing, and compliance.

This role supports telehealth delivery, offers flexible scheduling, and provides reliable pay with direct deposit.

Qualifications

• 1+ years as PMHNP with mental health assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Certification as PMHNP by ANCC.
• Registered with state PMP.
• No adverse actions by nursing boards or credentialing bodies in past 3 years.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in PMH nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessments, diagnostic workups, and treatment planning including medication management.
• Treat individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction.
• Access to and use of our EHR and telehealth platform.
• Receive support from our Care Coordination teams; Rula handles credentialing, billing, and marketing.
