Treston Security Services is actively hiring Overnight Event Security Officers for a major convention taking place in Anaheim this September.

Our overnight team plays a critical role in protecting the venue during non-public hours by securing convention spaces, monitoring restricted areas, and maintaining a safe environment throughout the night. If you're dependable, observant, and thrive working overnight shifts, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a temporary special event assignment with opportunities to be considered for future conventions, concerts, sporting events, festivals, and other special event assignments with Treston Security Services.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Overnight Event Security Officer, you'll help protect one of Southern California's largest convention events while ensuring the venue remains secure throughout the night.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting interior and exterior patrols throughout the venue
• Monitoring restricted areas and access points
• Maintaining a visible overnight security presence
• Identifying and reporting suspicious activity or security concerns
• Completing activity logs and incident reports
• Assisting supervisors with overnight operations
• Responding professionally to incidents and emergencies
• Representing Treston Security Services with professionalism at all times

Minimum Qualifications

• Active California Guard Card (Required)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout overnight shifts
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Strong communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Previous overnight security experience
• Previous event or convention security experience
• Previous customer service experience
