Dane Street is expanding our physician panel and seeks CA-licensed physicians who are board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, Occupational Medicine, Neurology, or Psychiatry. This is an in-person, independent-contractor role offering per-case compensation across California.

Reviewers will assess medical necessity, interpret services, and ensure adherence to client policies and evidence-based guidelines.

Qualifications

• CA license and Board Certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, Occupational Medicine, Neurology, or Psychiatry.

Responsabilités

• Review all medical records and answer client questions using criteria and evidence-based guidelines.
• Explain the rationale for determinations with clear documentation.
• Identify and apply current professional guidelines and literature to support decisions.
• Provide copies of criteria used in the review with the report.
