Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a multi‑faceted role.
• Proven ability to diagnose issues where multiple systems overlap.
• The ability to learn a new software platform in a weekend to meet an immediate business need.
• Translating 'tech‑speak' and 'business‑speak'.
• Knowing where to find the solution when a manual doesn’t exist.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the deployment and health of local servers and cloud instances.
• Configure and maintain APIs and middleware that connect core business tools.
• Assist in the deployment of internal AI models and monitor their performance.
• Serve as the 'Tier 3' escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Support current and future cryptographic needs.
• Develop scripts to automate routine maintenance and reporting.
• Lead small-to-medium technical projects.
