Job summary

A defense technology firm is seeking a Systems Engineer with C4I and/or C5ISRT experience to join their team in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. The role involves developing solutions for communications equipment, conducting testing, and providing detailed reporting. Candidates must have an active TS/SCI clearance and significant experience in systems and electrical engineering, as well as software development in Python and C++. This position offers a dynamic work environment that may demand non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• 5+ years of experience supporting software development.
• 5+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Cl Polygraph.
• Experience with UHF, HF, and ELF frequency spectrums.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative solutions to technical problems.
• Write and review reports on hardware and software capabilities.
• Develop hardware and software prototypes and conduct testing.
• Create schematics for equipment and prototypes.
• Develop custom data processing tools in Python and C++.
• Provide detailed test reports and conduct demonstrations.
