The Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is seeking a full‑time Program Manager with a background in software systems development to support SDL's Cyber Technologies and Modernization (CTM) Branch within the C4ISR Systems Division. The primary focus of this role is to manage the day‑to‑day activities for the development of software, firmware, and hardware platforms that leverage Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) principles to deliver interoperable, extensible, high‑quality solutions to various Government customers. Additional responsibilities include program execution and oversight, direct customer engagement, and the pursuit of new business development opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams that deliver software and hardware systems through common processes and tools and will collaborate as part of a larger team of engineers, students, and support personnel. The Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems Division delivers mission‑critical solutions, specializing in cyber operations, information architecture, strategic deterrence, and ISR.
