Job summary

SOSi is seeking a C4I Analyst to provide finished intelligence products and analysis to support DoD decision-makers. The role requires DIAs SOPs and DIA ADO compliance, with focus on C4I and telecommunications infrastructure intelligence.

The successful candidate will research, identify deployments of foreign C4I assets, analyze foreign military exercises, maintain integrated database records, and support multi-discipline data collection to inform national security planning.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Master’s degree in an area related to Intelligence Studies, International Relations, National Security, Military Science, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with part of it in the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Advise, assist, and support in the research and production of all source C4I and telecommunications infrastructure intelligence analysis.
• Provide support for identifying, locating, and tracking deployment of foreign mobile signals, electronic warfare, and SIGINT units that support C4I functions.
• Provide expert analysis of foreign military C4I exercises by identifying the C4I units, missions, assets, and purpose of the exercise.
• Produce modernized Integrated Database records including all source write ups and imagery analysis.
• Assist the government in all source intelligence analysis and collection, assembling information from multiple intelligence disciplines.
• Provide analysis of foreign national C4I and telecommunications organizations and networks.
• Provide analysis of foreign national level C4I organizations, processes, and systems to identify potential vulnerabilities.

*Position is contingent upon contract award*

The C4I Analyst will provide analysis in compliance with DIAs SOPs for the C4I Functional Production Area (FPA), DIA ADO, and the ICD 203 and 206 sourcing analysis, and production standards. Provide finished intelligence products and intelligence database production to support U.S. national decision makers and CCMDs with operational planning and analysis required to inform DoD policymakers with insight into key trends and issues that impact DoD’s mission.

• Advise, assist, and support in the research and production of all source C4I and telecommunications infrastructure intelligence analysis, on foreign military’s national C4I organizations, systems, processes, and technologies.
• Provide support for identifying, locating, and tracking deployment of foreign mobile signals, electronic warfare, and SIGINT units that support joint and/ or national C4I functions.
• Provide expert analysis of foreign military C4I exercises by identifying the C4I units, missions, assets, and purpose of the exercise, producing reports that compare and contrast new exercises with previous military C4I exercises.
• Produces modernized Integrated Database (and / or follow-on systems) records including all source write ups and imagery analysis.
• Assist the government in all source intelligence analysis and collection, assembling all available and relevant information, data, and knowledge obtained from multiple intelligence disciplines in situational awareness and in-depth knowledge (i.e., Foundational Military Intelligence) on foreign national C4I issues.
• Provide analysis of foreign national C4I and telecommunications organizations and networks in support of the office requirements.
• Provide analysis of foreign national level C4I organizations, processes, and systems to identify potential vulnerabilities in redundancy, confidentiality, and system integrity.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Master’s degree in an area related to Intelligence Studies, International Relations, National Security, Military Science, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting DIA, Combatant Commands, or Joint Staff planning functions.
• Professional military education (e.g., Joint Professional Military Education, Command and General Staff College) or equivalent.
