Job summary

Safran Cabin Materials in Marysville, WA is hiring a C4 Operator - 2nd Shift (12:00pm–8:30pm, Mon–Fri) with $20.00/hr plus $1.25/hr shift differential. You will manufacture core sheets in the C4 process and support the Panels Department, including loading sheets and monitoring the line.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of manufacturing experience, can read and write in English, and can lift 80+ lbs. Overtime and weekend work are required; forklift/crane training is provided.

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Able to lift 80+ pounds (two person lift available).

In the role of C4 Operator you'll play a pivotal part on our C4 Department team.

Safran Cabin Materials located in Marysville, WA is recruiting for a: C4 Operator - 2nd Shift 12:00pm to 8:30pm Monday through Friday $20.00/hr plus $1.25/hr Shift Differential

The job is responsible for manufacturing core sheets in the C4 process and supporting the Panels Department. Job duties include but are not limited to: Shearing and stretching of hobes. Loading sheets into the machine. Monitoring the production process. Other duties as assigned and flexibility is key. The duties of this job are physically demanding. Forklift and overhead crane operation (training provided). Basic housekeeping duties and basic machine maintenance. Active participation in operational improvement activities. Willing to cross train or transfer to other departments as needed. Other task as needed and flexibility is key. Willing to work overtime as needed. This will include weekends.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years relevant, steady work history preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English is required.
• Have legible handwriting/printing and good basic math skills.
• Highly motivated and be able to work independently or as a team member to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Able to push/pull/lift 80+ pounds (two person lift is available).
• Wear full-face respirator for certain tasks/duties.
