Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our Federal Solutions team in Huntsville, AL. You will contribute to C3BM systems engineering efforts, supporting C2BMC interoperability, integration, and future spirals with government and industry partners.

We require an active Secret clearance, a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years of related experience, and proven system engineering and interface design skills. A Master’s degree and deeper C3BM/C2BMC experience are a plus.

Parsons is looking for an amazing Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will be part of the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts to include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/DCC, DCC contractors, and MDS Elements. Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications, requirements, and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals. Support critical integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/DCC spiral builds through interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definitions.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical/scientific discipline specifically related to area of specialty and 10+ years of related professional experience Advanced degree may be preferred at this level
• Knowledge of C2BMC interoperability requirements or related experience required
• Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes
• Apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations

• Master's Degree in STEM and 12+ years of experience
• Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
