Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a C3BM Principal Systems Engineer to join our team at Redstone Arsenal, AL. You will engage in C3BM systems engineering, C2BMC interoperability, and multi‑national exchange designs in support of MDA programs.

The role requires 12+ years of experience, a Master’s in STEM, and an active Secret clearance. You’ll work within a collaborative environment across government and defense partners to deliver critical capabilities and future-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts.

• Support integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/DCC spiral builds through interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Venturi, LLC A Chenega Company has an exciting career opportunity for a C3BM Principal Systems Engineer who will work as part of the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering effortsto include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technicalengineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs. This individual will support the Missile Defense Agency on the TEAMS Next Missile Defense Systems Engineering contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements,and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/DCC, DCC contractors,and MDS Elements
• Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications, requirements, and interfaces forcurrent and future C3BM spirals
• Support critical integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/DCC spiral builds through interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definition
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance
• 12+ years of experience required
• Master’s Degree in STEM required
• Successfully pass background and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

• Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, subcontractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM ProgramOffice work efforts

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of C2BMC interoperability requirements or related experience required
• Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes
• Apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations
