Job summary

PeopleTec is seeking a C3BM Logistics and Operations Analyst in Huntsville, AL. The role involves supporting C3BM systems engineering, logistics optimization, and global fielding of SATCOM and related power systems for CONUS/OCONUS environments.

You will work with senior leaders, manage interagency coordination, and develop data-driven briefings and strategic recommendations. A Secret clearance is required and BA/BS is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strategic Planning & Network Design aligned with mission objectives.
• Sustain & Audit High-Value Portfolio: track GFP/GP with compliance.
• Risk Mitigation & COOP strategies for government defense programs.
• Liaison with senior leaders, agencies, and defense contractors.
• Executive advisory & reporting to brief senior leadership.
• Proficient with MS Teams, OneNote, SharePoint and Word.
• Active Secret clearance (required).

Responsibilities

• Integrated Product Support optimization: logistics supportability analysis and planning.
• Asset & Inventory Management: Property System Administration, GFP/GP compliance, lifecycle tracking.
• Global Logistics & Fielding: CONUS/OCONUS shipments and transfers.
• Program & Stakeholder Management: interagency coordination and vendor relations.
• Analytical Reporting: data analysis and executive presentations.
• Executive Communication: senior stakeholder briefings and data-driven decisions.
• High-Value System Fielding: coordinate fielding of SATCOM terminals and power systems.
