Job summary

El Rio Grande Latin Market in Mesquite, TX is seeking friendly and reliable team members to join our customer-service focused staff. The position requires cash handling experience and the ability to communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a cash handling, customer service role preferred
• High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of organization
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Work well with others in a team oriented environment where one willingly takes on additional tasks with a positive attitude to help out the team/department.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services - this includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
• Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
