INDHUN is hiring a reliable HGV C1 Trunk Driver for permanent daytime shifts in Huntingdon. Responsibilities include trunking stock, safe vehicle operation, and accurate paperwork while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

The role requires a UK Class 1 licence with CPC DQ/digital card, tachograph knowledge, and 21+ age. Weekday shifts only, no weekends. Salary ranges £42,000–£45,000 per year.

Qualifications

• UK driving Class 1 licence and CPC DQ card/digital card required.
• Experience in a class 1 vehicle driving.
• Familiar with digital tachographs and tachograph law.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a HGV C1 vehicle in line with road and safety rules.
• Deliver trunk loads to distribution sites and unload when needed.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately and on time.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Provide professional, friendly service to customers.
