Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a cybersecurity specialist to design and secure DoD technology with risk management expertise. You will lead security implementations, coordinate across engineering and mission teams, and develop robust ATO strategies for prototypes and concept proofs.

You will influence secure design decisions, manage risk, and ensure compliance across DoD environments while working in hybrid to on-site settings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in information technology and cybersecurity support.
• 5+ years of experience leading and implementing the Assessment and Authorization process under RMF for new and existing information systems.
• 5+ years of experience reviewing assessment reports and identifying security risks and mitigations, including POA&Ms.
• 5+ years of experience managing ATO packages in eMASS or Xacta.

Responsibilities

• Establish the foundation of cybersecurity for new technology in support of priority missions.
• Coordinate work with engineers and mission specialists to translate IT needs into secure plans.
• Lead the team through network design and selecting security solutions to balance security and operations.
