Job summary

JSM Consulting Inc. seeks a seasoned .NET developer to design, build, and maintain C#/ASP.NET applications in an n-tier architecture. You will work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks to deliver robust web apps and integrate Oracle databases using PL/SQL, procedures, and triggers.

The role requires MVC 5+ experience, SOA service integration, and secure web services via WCF/Web API, with Git-based CI/CD workflows for code management and deployment. HIPAA PHI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 84 months experience using Visual Studio to develop/maintain C#, ASP.NET for n-tier web deployment.
• 84 months experience developing and maintaining web apps using HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and CSS.
• 84 months experience with Oracle: database design, PL/SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables.
• 84 months experience interpreting business requirements and building logic in code.
• 72 months experience developing apps with MVC 5 or later versions.
• 72 months experience with SOA integration including secure .Net web-services (WCF), REST/Web API, message processing and ESB.
• 24 months experience coding/maintaining apps with HIPAA PHI data.
• 24 months experience with GIT including CI/CD for source control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop .NET applications using C# and ASP.NET for multi-tier deployments.
• Build and enhance web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
• Design and optimize Oracle databases; write PL/SQL, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Interpret business requirements and implement corresponding logic in code.
• Develop MVC 5 or newer applications and integrate SOA services (WCF, Web API).
• Implement CI/CD workflows with Git for source control and deployment.
• Handle PHI data with appropriate security and compliance.
