Job summary

Fidelity is seeking an Executive Planning Consultant to act as a trusted financial advisor to senior executives within Workplace Investing. You will deliver personalized financial planning, retirement income strategies, and asset management guidance while integrating plan provisions into comprehensive plans.

As part of a collaborative team, you will drive client engagement, present services during reviews, cultivate referrals, and expand assets under management.

Qualifications

Licenses: Series 7 and Series 66 required.
Ability to obtain an insurance license within six months.
CFP designation is preferred.
CEP Level 1 certification within 12 months strongly encouraged.
Minimum of 10 years of face-to-face investment sales and financial planning.
Proven sales success within financial services.
Experience with senior executives and employee benefit plans.
Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted financial advisor to senior executives and C-suite leaders.
Drive client engagement, growth, and satisfaction through ongoing relationships.
Present executive services during business reviews and cultivate new opportunities.
Identify strategies to increase assets under management and expand client relationships.
