Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, process transactions, stock products, and maintain a clean store environment. This role supports the Refuel brand through teamwork, attention to detail, and consistent daily task execution.

The position offers flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with a competitive pay rate and benefits such as Daily Pay access and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Organized and efficient with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Honest, dependable, and willing to learn new tasks and take initiative.
