Job summary

Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Team Member to provide exceptional customer service, process transactions, stock products, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

The role requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with varying weekly hours. This is on-site in Georgetown, TX, with travel up to 10% and a at-will employment structure.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, stocking products, and ensuring the overall readiness of the store. Education and Experience

• Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience.
• Must be able to do basic math at the eighth‑grade level.
• On‑the‑job training is provided for all new team members.

Working environment and physical requirements

• Must be able to stand during the entire work shift.
• Must be able to work in a cooler at a temperature of 35 degrees for up to 30 minutes.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have visual acuity to check identification and process money orders.
• Must be able to tolerate gas fumes and cleaning products.
• Must be able to climb a ladder to clean windows.

Travel

Must be able to travel up to 10%
