BellStore is seeking an experienced Shift Leader for our Millersburg, OH location. You will lead a small team, ensure smooth store operations, and uphold company policies to deliver outstanding customer service.

The role requires at least 6 months as a BellStore Customer Service Representative, ability to work afternoon shifts, holidays and weekends, and a clean drug and background check. Join us to help create a friendly, efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a BellStore Customer Service Representative.
• Consistently pass the drug and criminal background check.
• Ability to work all afternoon shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Be a role model for exceptional customer service.
• Create a positive work environment by treating all employees fairly and respectfully.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of other employees.
• Assist the store manager in the implementation and management of Programs, policies and procedures.
• Facilitate communication between management and team members.
• Continue to follow the duties and responsibilities of the BellStore Customer Service Representative.
