Refuel is seeking a C-Store Team Member to provide exceptional customer service, process transactions, stock products, and keep the store clean and safe. The role supports the Refuel brand through friendly interactions and reliable execution of daily tasks.

The position offers flexible full-time or part-time hours, with evenings, weekends, and some holidays required. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities exist within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food service, or customer service is preferred.
• Able to perform basic math at an eighth grade level.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every customer and thank them for their business.
• Deliver fast, attentive service with a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready store at all times.
• Stock, front-face, and organize merchandise, check for expired or low items.
