Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a C# Software Developer to join the DTRA DIAMONDS project at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role focuses on agile development of enterprise applications using an Oracle backend and PL/SQL, with interfaces in C#.

You will contribute to software life cycle activities, implement secure coding practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver sustainment and enhancements for critical DoD systems.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 5+ years of experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Required: Active Secret security clearance
• Required: DoD 8570 IAT Level II, e.g. CompTIA Security+
• Required: Oracle/SQL, C#, Git source control
• Preferred: Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Provide software development programming, design, integration, documentation, configuration management, testing, release, and user support.
• Develop and maintain DIAMONDS and other applications with C# and Oracle/SQL.
• Develop lifecycle artifacts to support IV&V of software.
• Ensure software maintenance and upgrades with minimal disruption at user locations.
• Attend system requirements, design, and milestone reviews (e.g., PDR/CDR).
• Document software processes thoroughly for future maintenance.
