Job summary

QuickCruit in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a skilled automation engineer to drive end-to-end QA automation using C#, .NET automation frameworks, and BDD-based testing. You will implement desktop/UI automation, analyze results, and collaborate with client teams to align test cases with existing frameworks and lab environments.

The role emphasizes identifying automation risks, debugging issues, and preparing clear bug reports. A strong academic background in CS/EE/Math is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with C# and .NET automation tooling.
• Experience in test implementation with .NET App Automation Framework.
• Experience with a BDD-based approach.
• Experience with Desktop automation and UI automation.
• Reqnroll BDD framework experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the automation on schedules aligned with the client’s QA runs.
• Analyze Automation results, debug and identify Product and Automation issues, file bugs appropriately, and work on resolution as aligned with the client team.
• Work with the client team to identify and implement test cases for automation in the aligned Priority Automation to seamlessly integrate with existing frameworks, workflows, and Lab environments
• Potential risks associated with automation, such as cybersecurity threats, will be identified and mitigated
• Estimated effort is based on the stability of the application

Salary & Compensation
