Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. (V&EG), a Pinnaql company, seeks an Electrical Engineer with C&Q experience to support electrical systems in a biopharmaceutical facility near New Albany, Ohio. You will plan and execute commissioning, qualification, testing, and documentation to ensure GMP compliance and project success.

The role requires strong problem-solving, effective written and verbal communication, and collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and C&Q within a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environment.
• Experience with electrical drawings, equipment startup, testing, and qualification documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, technical writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and execute commissioning and qualification protocols for electrical systems and equipment.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and vendor documentation.
• Support installation verification, startup, functional testing, and troubleshooting.
• Document results and investigate discrepancies in coordination with Engineering, Operations, and Quality.
• Ensure qualification records meet project and GMP documentation requirements.
