Job summary

The Wilshire Skilled Nursing & Therapy in Oklahoma City is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the overnight shift from 10pm to 6am. This full-time role focuses on compassionate, patient-centered care, assisting residents with daily living activities, meals, and mobility while monitoring vitals and reporting changes to the team.

A CNA’s primary responsibility is to assist their patients with daily living activities. Whether that be checking vitals, delivering meals, or assisting with patient mobility, the ideal candidate for this job makes the care of residents their top priority.

Available Shift: 10pm-6am (Night Shift)

Responsibilities and Purpose

• Assist with daily living activities. You deliver meals to patients, providing plenty of fresh water and extra nourishment between meals.
• Help patients with personal hygiene. Provide patients with bedpans and help with baths, shampoos, and showers; dress, turn, and assist patients with mobility.
• Provide additional care for the patient, including ice packs, non-sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths.
• Check vital signs and record daily information in the residents’ chart.
