The manager said 1-4 years is now fine. Reason being is he is looking for someone that is coachable, enthusiastic, willing to learn and a team player.
Still need to be very strong with C# development, but being a little greener is fine.
He would like to see a Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science.
Full stack experience would be nice, but not required. They do not need architectural experience or UI experience.
*** does not need web or mobile guys! (WINDOWS APPLICATIONS)
The do still need to know SQL well. Not expert, but reasonably strong. They also need to be willing to take a coding test.
(Winform would be a huge plus) Again, they already have architect level folks in place, so this will be a heavy development role.
