Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a Site Quality Specialist to bridge regional site quality strategy with site-level execution. The role requires leading programs across quality, construction and commissioning with autonomy and stakeholder influence.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PM/QC/Construction experience, travel ~50%, and a track record in wing-to-wing process improvements within a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Quality, Construction and Commissioning.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
• 5+ years of experience on site and experience with contractual matters related to the DoR of the Project would be valuable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites ~50%.
• Ability to independently lead/navigate and influence stakeholders in a complex, matrix organization to drive global change management initiatives.
• Self-starter with a clear thinker who can focus on priorities and communicate clearly.

Site Quality Specialist serves as a critical link between regional site quality strategy and site-level execution.
