Job summary

Annapurna Labs (U.S.) Inc. in Cupertino is advancing hardware-accelerated ML systems and AWS-scale silicon with strong software and firmware co-design.

You will contribute to bare-metal C/C++ development, performance tuning, and test infrastructure, collaborating with RTL designers, verification engineers, and other software teams. This is a fast-paced, challenging position, where you'll work with thought-leaders in multiple technology areas. No prior ML knowledge is required for this role and you will learn about the inner workings of ML and our custom ML accelerators as part of your onboarding.

Key job responsibilities
  • Software / hardware architecture and co-design
  • Bare metal C/C++ software development, testing, debug, and performance improvements

Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • 2+ years of programming using a modern programming language such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience in computer architecture
  • Experience writing firmware or bare metal software using C/C++

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
