Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC in Arizona seeks an experienced embedded software engineer to design and maintain Linux and Windows device drivers for embedded hardware platforms. You will implement real-time software and ensure seamless integration with kernels and drivers.

You will collaborate with hardware engineers, perform debugging and optimization of kernel-level code, and contribute to documentation and testing to ensure reliable, high-performance systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of embedded software experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
• Experience with Linux kernel development and Windows WDF.
• Familiarity with device driver models, interrupt handling, and memory management.
• Experience with cross-compilation, Make, CMake, and debugging tools (GDB, WinDbg).
• Knowledge of I2C, SPI, UART, USB and PCIe.
• Understanding of RTOS and multi-threaded programming.
