Job summary

NOVA Technologies seeks a Pilot Instructor to deliver C-130J pilot instruction across aircraft, classroom, simulator, and practical training environments at Little Rock AFB, AR. You will use recent C-130J Instructor Pilot experience to teach systems and procedures, evaluate students, and support curriculum and training activities.

Required are eight years of flying experience (five years military), recent C-130J instructor/pilot background, and DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and at least eight years of total flying experience, including five years in military.
• Recent experience as a C-130J Instructor Pilot or Evaluator Pilot and completion of USAF Instructor training course required.
• DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide C-130J pilot procedures instruction across aircraft, classroom, simulator, and other platforms.
• Evaluate and remediate student performance and provide remedial instruction.
• Support curriculum development and act as Lesson Subject Matter Expert.
