Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Fueling Supervisor to oversee all Aircraft Fuelers and coordinate fueling operations at our Baltimore area location. The role emphasizes safety, policy adherence, and timely service delivery.

The successful candidate will have prior fueling experience, at least some supervisory exposure in aviation, and a high school diploma or GED. A valid US driver’s license and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Prior Aircraft Fueling experience required.
• Prior management, supervisory or lead experience in the Aviation industry preferred.
• Must have high school diploma, GED or six months experience as a Lead Fueler.

Role Purpose

As a Menzies Aviation Fueling Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all Aircraft Fuelers in the Fueling Operations. Other responsibilities include issuing written and verbal instructions while ensuring adherence to safety procedures.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure the effective operation of fueling.
• Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
• Ability to comply with attendance/tardiness standards.
• Operate fuel trucks to provide services to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

• Prior Aircraft Fueling experience required.
• Prior management, supervisory or lead experience in the Aviation industry preferred.
• Must have high school diploma, GED or six months experience as a Lead Fueler.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Possess and maintain a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing.
