Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in Footwear, Apparel, Equipment, Consumer Products, Buying, Merchandising, Product Creation, or Retail.
• Experience in vertical retail, multi-brand, or digital retail environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of merchandising strategies and in-season assortment planning.
• Translate business strategy into actionable merchandising plans using historical data and analytics.
• Partner with Planning, Allocation, Operations, and Buying teams to optimize product assortments.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and consumer behavior to support business decisions.
• Participate in seasonal assortment reviews and quarterly buy planning.
• Assist with in-season trading activities to maximize revenue and inventory productivity.
• Maintain healthy product assortments that align with overall business objectives.
• Coordinate across product categories and brands to ensure assortment consistency.
• Analyze retail performance metrics to identify business opportunities.
• Utilize merchandising systems and reporting tools to support day-to-day buying activities.
